Conduct a digital audit and evaluate the health of their online/digital presence. In a report of not more than 900 words:
(a) Research on Ikea Singapore’s digital marketing activities and determine digital platforms used by the brand. (15 marks)
(b) Analyse the health for the online presence of Ikea Singapore (Refer to Seminar 2 slides). Conduct content analysis and evaluation using 3 platforms you’ve identified. (35 marks)
(c) What is the Persona(s) Ikea Singapore is targeting? Evaluate if the brand is successful in reaching them through their content and media platforms. (35 marks)
(d) Appraise if the platforms, content, target audience and reach are aligned. (15 marks)
