Professional training has continued to move to the virtual space. What would a virtual, interactive program for individual and organizational ethical development look like?
How would you apply adult learning theory to develop a program for ethical development… as in how are you going to use the information on adult learning theory when developing your program?

What does power have to do with planning programs and is power more important of a consideration when developing ethics training?

What are three to five educational needs of your organization in relation to ethics? Link these needs to organizational effectiveness. These will be included in the program you develop.
