You may be able to do this from your role as a healthcare consumer (micro), your direct care or indirect care practice role (meso), or from what you have heard or read about in your community’s media outlets (micro, meso, macro).Describe a critical need you have observed in your healthcare system.Correlate this observed critical need to one of the elements of the IHI’s triple aim or the quadruple aim as described in the Privis Health article or the last video in your weekly learning resources.
