Analysis of the Criminal Justice System
Objective: To explore and analyze the fundamental aspects and operations of the criminal justice system, including its goals, federal and state responsibilities, systemic perspective, decision-making processes, models, and racial disparities.
Instructions: Choose 3 of the topics below.
1. Goals of the Criminal Justice System (200-400 words):
Identify and define the three primary goals of the criminal justice system: doing justice, controlling crime, and preventing crime.
