Search the internet for websites of organization development and other management consultants. Try to find a model of organization or organizational change that they recommend? How do these relate to the models presented in Chapter 4?
Instructions for this Assignment
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this assignment is to understand what models are and to identify different types of Organization development or organization change models from Chapter 4 in the textbook. This assignment fulfills the learning objective of students will be able to critique various OD models and theories.
TASK(S):
Students are required to conduct independent research on the internet, look at different internet websites (2-3 sites are enough) and select an OD model. Then compare and contrast this OD model with a model from Chapter 4 in the textbook. Now write how these two models similar or different?
