Research Focus: The traditional one-size-fits-all approach in curriculum design often fails to meet the diverse needs of students in a classroom. In many schools, curricula are designed around the “average” student, but this ignores the wide range of learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds present in any group. A lack of differentiation can lead to disengagement, frustration, or lack of progress for students who need additional support or enrichment.
