Description
Response papers should present a balance between your own reflections and a summary/synthesis of ideas from the readings. Use proper APA in-text citations (often).
*You may use “I” in your writing, however, the paper should be situated in the course readings and your engagement with the concepts and ideas rather than a personal journal entry. This means that the aim of the paper is to move beyond your initial reactions into deeper or more organized reflection which combines the research/concepts and your own lived experiences.
Note from Professor:
Use your own original work and words. Do not rely on AI tools like ChatGPT or copy and rephrase content from websites such as Course Hero, Check, etc. Engaging in these practices constitutes academic dishonesty and plagiarism, which could lead to dismissal from the college.
