Collaboration can come in many forms. It can be an official and documented partnership between organizations or groups; it can involve a team of individuals from various departments within an organization; it can even include two or more countries working together to solve a common problem. However, a key component to these initiatives’ success is a sincere willingness to share ideas, accept criticism, and keep an open mind. A diverse think tank can emerge, armed with new ideas and solutions.
