Option One: Journal a Healthy Habit
As was emphasized throughout this module health is going to come in different shapes and sizes (literal and figurative). Create a S.M.A.R.T. GoalLinks to an external site. and choose one healthy habit to support this goal. Choose ONE healthy habit and journal about it for 10-14 days. The journal entry can be handwritten or online. If it is handwritten please take a photo or show me a physical copy during office hours. If typed out it can be uploaded as a document or text entry. Each journal entry should have a date and 2-3 sentence summary. Your S.M.A.R.T. goal should be something meaningful to you and the supporting healthy habit can be anything that will help you meet this goal.
You will only be picking ONE Goal and ONE supporting habit. Multiple ideas are provided below. Some examples include:
S.M.A.R.T Goal: I would like to increase my nightly sleep from 5-6 hours to 7-8 hours a night. The healthy habit I will implement and journal about will be to put my phone on “Do Not Disturb” and cut off use every night at 9pm.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal: I want to be able to touch my toes by the end of the semester. The healthy habit I will implement and journal about will be I will stretch my hamstrings and calves for 3-5 minutes a day.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal: I want to decrease the amount of times I experience racing thoughts in a week. The healthy habit I will implement and journal about will be to utilize the Calm AppLinks to an external site. four times a week.
